What are your box office hours?
Non-Event Days
Mon - Fri 12pm - 5pm

Event Days
12noon - until the main act takes the stage

The box office may be open additional hours for special events or on sales. Please contact the information line for specific details.

There is a $5.00 service charge added to each ticket purchased at the Box Office.
What Types of Payment are accepted for ticket purchases?
Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card holder must present a valid matching photo ID for all purchases made in person. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card used.
My tickets are at will-call how do I pick them up?
Customers may pick up tickets day of show with a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card used to purchase tickets.
Do you have Accessible Seating?
This is an accessible venue. Space is limited and is based on a first come, first served basis.
What are the General Rules?
NO Professional cameras (small digital cameras without detachable lenses allowed, check with venue day of show for exceptions).

NO alcohol
NO outside food
NO cans
NO bottles
NO laser pointers
NO pens or markers
NO weapons of any kind
NO Studded belts, jewelry or accessories allowed
Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening, subject to artist or management discretion upon entry.

Tailgating, open alcoholic beverages, open fires and the selling of merchandise are not permitted in the parking garage.
Do you have an ATM?
ATM services are located outside the theater. Please talk to the front door security before leaving in order to be re-admitted.
Can you smoke in the theater?
No smoking is allowed inside the theater. Exterior areas are available for those who do smoke.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Beer, wine and liquor are available to patrons 21 and up, with a valid Texas photo ID. No alcohol can be carried outside the venue except to the designated smoking patio. Several different types of food are available, ranging from hamburgers to salads.
Can I bring my child to the theater?
All ages are welcome, unless otherwise stated. Please check with the venue.

How do I watch videos on the event detail pages or "Photos & Videos" pages of this website?
To view the artist videos you must install the Adobe Flash plug-in for your web browser. You can download the appropriate Flash installer for your platform at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install Flash for your browser, then reload the pages with videos you would like to view -- the videos should stream and be viewable now.
How do I listen to the iTunes preview sound clips on the event detail pages of this website?
To listen to the iTunes preview sound clips you need to install Apple Quicktime. If you already have Apple's iTune's software installed, you should be able to listen to the clips by clicking on the song titles.
